WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, U.S. Senator Patty Murray (D-WA) made the following statement on the announcement by U.S Attorney Jenny Durkan that she will be stepping down at the end of the month.

I was proud to recommend her to President Obama, and I truly appreciate the work she’s done to protect our communities and keep our state safe and secure.”
