Guard technicians to receive re-enlistment bonuses

Dicks said in a prepared statement that many Washington State National Guard members who had served in Iraq or Afghanistan had been offered $15,000 bonuses while deployed for six-year re-enlistments. With little explanation, the bonus offers were withdrawn once the soldiers returned to the United States. Dicks and Sen.
