Franken-Murray, et al – Establishment of the Office of Homeowner Advocate

Amendment establishes an Office of the Homeowner
Advocate (OHA).  The office would assist homeowners, housing counselors,
and housing lawyers in resolving problems with the Home Affordable Modification
Program (HAMP).
