During your visit to Washington, D.C., Senator Murray’s office can help arrange tours for residents of Washington state at the following places:

  • Capitolio de Estados Unidos – The Capitol Visitor Center is open Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tours include the Crypt, Rotunda, and National Statuary Hall.
  • casa Blanca – The White House offers limited public tours Tuesday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays. You must request these tours through a congressional office. The White House has sole discretion over scheduling of tours.
  • Oficina Federal de Investigaciones – The FBI offers limited public tours of its headquarters Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You must request these tours through a congressional office.
  • Corte Suprema – The Supreme Court offers Courtroom Lectures at 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, when the Court is not in session. Senator Murray’s office can reserve up to six seats per group in this 25-minute program.


All tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and will need to be requested well in advance of your visit. White House tours must be requested at least three months in advance of your visit.

In addition to these sites, Senator Murray’s office also recommends visiting the Library of Congress and Kennedy Center. Free timed-entry passes to the Library of Congress can be reserved aquí. The Kennedy Center offers tours on a walk-in basis. Find more information aquí.
