Senator Murray and Snohomish County Sheriff John Lovick take some time to play with children and talk with parents in an Early Head Start class in Everett.  Sheriff Lovick reinforced the message to Senator Murray that early childhood learning opportunities are critical to the law enforcement community.

Fight Crime: Invest In Kids is an organization started by law enforcement leaders to highlight the importance of early childhood education like Head Start and other investments in youth to reduce crime.
