Senator Murray joins, federal, state and local officials to break ground on a 69,000-square-foot facility in east Spokane that will house the Guard's Spokane operation.
Senator Murray successfully authorized the project in the FY03 Defense Authorization and secured another $8.8 Million in additional funding in the FY03 Military Construction bill.
